Key responsibilities include creating import shipments, reporting and supplier communication, liaising with clearing agents, ensuring import documents are accurate and customs compliant, following up on outstanding documents, and updating the shipment module on the PLM database. The position also involves tracking, tracing, and prioritizing import shipments, controlling import schedules, and providing assistance with weekly and month-end reports.
