Job summary

DMA Group is seeking a Change Manager who puts people at the heart of transformation. This role focuses on behaviour, culture and adoption to drive meaningful, sustainable change across the organisation.

You will own end-to-end change initiatives, engage leaders, design communications and training, build change networks, and coach teams to achieve business readiness and lasting impact across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in people-focused change management.
• Degree in Organisational Development, Industrial Psychology, HR, or related field.
• Proven experience in large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influence, and communication skills.
• Experience in organisational development and culture transformation.
• Passion for putting people first in change.
