Responsibilities

• Client Services Support: Assist the Business Insurance department with daily client service activities and support the delivery of quality service to business clients.
• Sales Team Assistance: Provide administrative and operational support to sales and support teams within the Business Insurance and Brokers department.
• Record Keeping and Filing: Maintain accurate records, organise files, and ensure that client and business information is properly documented.
• Database Maintenance: Update and maintain databases to ensure information is accurate, organised, and accessible.
• Data Collection and Processing: Collect information and assist with processing business transactions according to established procedures.
• Reporting and Administration: Assist with preparing reports, completing administrative tasks, and supporting daily business processes.
• Quality and Compliance Support: Follow company procedures and assist with maintaining quality standards, compliance requirements, and accurate documentation.
