Qualifications

• Must have completed a relevant degree or diploma.
• Must be between 18 and 35 years old and unemployed when applying.
• South African citizen.
• Must not have previously participated in an INSETA internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily client service activities within the Business Insurance department.
• Provide administrative and operational support to sales and support teams.
• Maintain accurate records, organise files, and document client information.
• Update and maintain databases to ensure information is accessible.
• Collect information and assist with processing business transactions.
• Assist with preparing reports and daily administrative tasks.
• Follow procedures to maintain quality and compliance standards.
