Job summary

A regional sales company based in Bloemfontein is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries and process sales orders. The ideal candidate should have a Matric certificate and 1-3 years of experience in an IT-related field. Responsibilities include cold calling, maintaining customer relationships, and following up on sales quotes. Knowledge of the Fincon system is an advantage. Competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in IT related field.
• Knowledge of Fincon system an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive email and telephonic enquiries.
• Quote as required within 4 hours of receiving enquiry.
• Follow up on quotes and process sales orders as needed.
• Call allocated customer base on a regular basis.
• Cold call / acquire new clients on an ongoing basis.
• Attend all sales and product training as required.
• Complete daily customer call log sheets.
• Update customer database on an ongoing basis.
• Create sales plan approach for each major customer per product group.
• Carry out any other instruction as required by Management.
