Network Finance is seeking an IT Systems Manager to lead the Server and Desktop Support teams. The role focuses on secure, reliable IT services, customer experience, and continuous improvement across infrastructure operations.

You will drive service delivery, manage projects, and partner with senior leadership to identify trends, resolve issues, and implement strategic improvements in both server and end-user computing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or computer science.
• 5–10 years hands-on infrastructure experience.
• 4+ years of people management in technical teams.
• Experience in server, desktop, and end-user computing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Server and Desktop Support teams.
• Ensure infrastructure availability, performance, and reliability.
• Manage workloads and resolve incidents, problems, and requests.
• Analyse service desk trends for operational improvements.
• Oversee server, storage, backups, and DR processes.
• Drive improvements in end-user support and device lifecycle.
• Act as escalation point for critical incidents.
• Deliver infrastructure projects on time and within scope.
• Provide reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure governance, security, and risk management compliance.
