Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks an IT Systems Manager to oversee Syspro ERP support across the organization, ensuring system reliability, security, and user access control in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong SQL reporting skills, Syspro module experience across financial, distribution and manufacturing areas, and the ability to train users and implement business processes.

Qualifications

• MCITP SQL Certification preferred.
• 5 years Syspro System Administration experience (month-ends & year-ends, security and permissions).
• Syspro Functional experience across financial, distribution and manufacturing modules.
• Experience integrating Syspro with other interfaces.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• End User Syspro Support and Training experience.
• Create and maintain customized reports using MS SQL, Syspro Reporting Service, and Excel.
• Setting up business processes and procedures.
• Support Syspro environment including Application Server, Database and Client PCs in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Offer IT support to all employees.
• Monitor and maintain ERP Syspro systems for performance and uptime.
• Control user access and security for Syspro.
• Provide Syspro training to users.

About the job IT Systems Manager (SYSPRO)

Job Purpose:

The main purpose of your role as IT Systems Manager is to offer IT related support to all employees. To control and co-ordinate the Information Systems technical and support function by monitoring and maintaining the ERP systems in respect of breakdown and performance, control user access, providing training to users.

• MCITP SQL Certification (preferred)
