Network Recruitment is seeking an IT Support Helpdesk Consultant for a fully remote role supporting international clients. You will deliver first-line technical and application support for business-critical software, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain high service standards in a rotating 24/7 shift roster.

Work remotely in a dynamic team, providing excellent customer service while resolving issues and recording actions taken.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in an IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, Technical Support, or Customer Support role.
• Experience troubleshooting software applications and resolving user issues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-working environment.
• Reliable internet connectivity and a suitable home-office setup.

Responsabilidades

Advantageous Experience

• Exposure to terminal automation systems or specialised industry software.
• Experience within the Oil & Gas, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial sectors.
• Microsoft SQL knowledge or experience.
• Application support experience in operational or supply chain environments.
