Job summary

Aspire Recruiting (PTY) LTD is seeking an energetic IT Assistant to join the technical support team in Bloemfontein. This entry-level role involves hands-on daily tasks including moving equipment, basic inspections, and routine hardware tasks to support Information Technologists.

The position requires a matriculation certificate, a valid RSA driver’s license, and good English communication. Experience in IT support is preferred, with emphasis on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Matric (National Senior Certificate) or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
• 1 year IT/technical support experience is advantageous.
• Basic foundational knowledge of common IT tools, hardware and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine troubleshooting and daily technical tasks for Information Technologists.
• Move equipment, collect parts, tools and IT hardware from storeroom and transport as needed.
• Contribute to health, safety and housekeeping and maintain clean, organized work areas.
