Job summary

William Scott Associates is seeking a capable IT Support Analyst to join our Cape Town office. You will deliver remote and in-person technical support to staff and partners, handling 1st and 2nd line requests with a focus on customer service and timely resolution.

Core tasks include supporting Windows 11, M365, Active Directory, Intune and VPN, with a mix of on-site and remote assistance. The role requires strong communication and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in 1st/2nd line IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory Users and Computers.
• Good knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365/M365.
• Willingness to work alternating early/late shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to staff and partners.
• Log and manage incidents via Fresh Service; investigate and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Support Windows 11 devices and Microsoft 365 apps; assist with VPN issues.
• Configure and support laptops, mobile devices, and meeting room tech.
• Provide remote assistance and on-site support as needed.
