Job summary

Network Finance in South Africa is seeking an IT Solutions Specialist to identify client IT needs, tailor solutions, and support the sales cycle from discovery through implementation. You will collaborate with commercial and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable IT services, including cloud, networking, and Microsoft 365.

The role also involves managing an existing client portfolio and driving recurring managed services revenue while translating complex tech into business value.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT qualification or certification.
• Experience in IT pre-sales, managed services, IT sales, or a similar solutions-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of networking, including routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, server technologies, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Experience working with cloud and security solutions will be advantageous.
• Exposure to technologies such as Sophos, MikroTik, Reyee, or Ruijie is beneficial.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business benefits.
• Self-motivated with a consultative approach to client engagement.
• Valid driver's licence and own transport

• Deliver professional solution presentations and support the sales team during the closing process.
• Grow managed services revenue through strategic client engagement.
• Manage and develop relationships within an existing Port Elizabeth client portfolio.
