Placements24 is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead IT service delivery improvement initiatives in a hybrid Randburg, Gauteng environment. The role focuses on ITIL-aligned improvements, SLAs, and stakeholder management to enhance service reliability and quality.

You will drive project plans, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate with IT operations to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement across internal and external services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5–7 years IT project management experience.
• Experience with ITIL-based service improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to improve IT service delivery processes, tools, and performance.
• Develop project plans with scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Oversee new IT services and optimize existing ones.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL and SLAs.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate accordingly.
• Coordinate with IT operations, support, and business units.
• Manage vendor relationships for IT services and contracts.
• Maintain project documentation and change requests.
• Facilitate clear communication among team and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery.
