Job summary

Network Finance in Randburg is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end software implementation initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and ensure smooth go-live readiness.

Qualifications

Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Project Management.
3–5+ years' experience managing software, IT, systems integration or technology implementation projects in manufacturing, logistics, mining or warehousing.
Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and software implementation lifecycles.
Experience managing project documentation, scope, timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Scrum Master are advantageous.
Experience in software services, ERP, manufacturing, warehouse management or technology consulting environments.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end software implementation projects.
Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and milestone tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, support and business stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live readiness.
Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
Provide regular project status updates and stakeholder communication.
Ensure successful project closure, sign-off and transition to support teams.
