Qualifications

• It requirements include an IT or Business-related Honours degree.
• At least 5 years' programme management experience.
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale IT programmes and portfolios.
• Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies and IT systems.
• PMP certification and Agile Practitioner certification are required.
• Experience in portfolio prioritisation, governance, risk management and financial control.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive reporting capability.
• Enterprise-level IT Portfolio Management experience and PMO governance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, disciplines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of scope, schedule, budget and resources.
