Hi-Tech Recruitment - Cape Town seeks an IT Specialist with 5+ years in IT support to join a Hybrid team in Cape Town. The role focuses on maintaining the Microsoft 365 environment, supporting Android and iOS devices, and working with VOIP systems.

Fluency in additional languages such as French, German, Spanish or Italian is a plus. Strong firewalling and switching skills with Fortigate, CheckPoint, Cisco or Juniper are required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of IT support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Office, Teams, OneDrive).
• Experience with Android OS and Apple iOS.
• Proficiency in additional languages (French, German, Spanish or Italian).
• Knowledge of VOIP systems (3CX / Mitel / Skype for Business / Teams).
• Firewalling and switching skills (Fortigate / CheckPoint / Cisco / Juniper).
