Placements24 is seeking a Procurement Specialist II in Benoni to drive IT hardware, software and related services purchasing. You will negotiate with technology vendors, manage the end-to-end procurement process, and partner with IT, finance, and legal to ensure compliant, cost-effective sourcing.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in IT procurement, strong vendor negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of hardware, software licensing and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, or supply chain.
• At least 4 years in procurement with IT focus.
• Experience negotiating tech vendor contracts.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software licensing, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing of IT hardware, software, and services.
• Evaluate and select technology vendors based on cost and capabilities.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, SLAs with IT suppliers.
• Oversee procurement process from requisition to payment.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues.
