Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of IT procurement experience, focusing on hardware, software and services.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Solid understanding of IT procurement principles, licensing models and cloud agreements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience with procurement software and IT asset management tools.
• Knowledge of IT security and data privacy regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure IT hardware, software licenses, cloud services, and IT consulting engagements.
• Develop and implement IT procurement strategies aligned with roadmaps and business needs.
• Evaluate and select IT vendors based on capabilities, pricing, support and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, terms and SLAs with IT suppliers.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for IT assets and services, ensuring timely delivery.
• Track IT asset inventory and lifecycle including renewals and decommissioning.
• Monitor IT market trends and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with IT, finance and legal to ensure compliance and manage risk.
