Job summary

Momentum Insure in partnership with INSETA seeks to appoint 1 IT Intern based at our Centurion offices for a 12-month structured work-based program designed to give unemployed graduates with a degree practical workplace experience.

The successful candidate will assist with technical support, IT systems maintenance, cybersecurity practices, software development tasks under guidance, and database administration, earning a monthly stipend of R6500 during the internship.

Qualifications

• Recently completed IT degree or similar qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Participate in maintenance and updating of IT systems, software, and hardware.
• Support IT security initiatives and promote best practices.
• Assist in software development tasks including coding, debugging, testing and documentation.
• Support database administration tasks including data entry, backup, and data integrity.
