Ideal candidates are students in IT who are currently pursuing a relevant qualification and eager to gain hands-on experience across IT support, maintenance, and system upgrades within a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Qualification in IT
• In the process of obtaining a relevant qualification in IT

Responsabilités

• Understand and assist the IT team on tasks related to the full IT and end user function
• Assist with IT and end user related queries
• Suggest upgrades, implementation and or integration solutions
• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to end users
• Assist with regular planned maintenance of networks and systems
• Assist with end user requirements and resources
