Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years' experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT management.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft ecosystems (365), and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and lead all computer-related activities to ensure high availability.
• Oversee cloud and on‑premise environments, including migrations.
• Ensure IT security, compliance, and data protection across the organisation.
• Lead IT team and manage vendor relationships to deliver reliable technology services.
