• Support basic networking --- Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, cabling, and VPN connectivity

• Onsite Support (Piketberg -- Harvest Season):
• Travel to Piketberg for a 3‑month onsite rotation each year during harvest season, when on‑the‑

• Incident & Request Management:
• Log, track, and resolve support tickets through the service desk system.

Client Environment Administration

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests (Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID). Assist with device configuration and deployments. Support backup monitoring and basic recovery tasks Documentation & Security: Keep client documentation, system diagrams, and password records accurate and up to date. Follow basic cybersecurity practices --- secure password handling, applying updates/patches, and

spotting phishing or suspicious activity.

Handle client and user data responsibly and confidentially at all times
