Job summary

Network IT in Johannesburg North is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to design IT solutions and processes with IT leadership, executives, and clients, aligning delivery with the business division's strategic goals.

You will capture requirements, document specifications, and present technical concepts to the development team while leading testing and end-user training in a fast-paced FinTech environment. A BCom Informatics Degree and BA certificate are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst.
• Strong experience with software development projects in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of ALM and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience in FinTech is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand client & business needs, capture requirements, document specifications, and present technical concepts to the development team.
• Develop business cases to assess process improvement opportunities.
• Improve business processes by implementing a clear strategy and the tools/techniques.
• Lead testing and conduct end-user training.
• Project management: prepare project charters, cost estimates, ensure adherence to budgets.

Duties & Responsibilities

This is an opportunity to design new IT solutions and processes in collaboration with IT, Executive Management, and clients, aligning them with the strategic goals and plan of the business division.
Responsibilities Include:

Education:
