Job summary

Consilio is seeking an experienced Ironclad Project Manager to lead end-to-end client implementations within our Ironclad Practice. You will work with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and Legal Engineers to own project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met.

The role requires proven CLM/SaaS project experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in agile or hybrid delivery models.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering CLM or SaaS implementations, with Ironclad preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and legal operations processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams including PMs, architects, and engineers.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent client-facing projects with composure under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-endIronclad CLM implementations across multiple client engagements.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure delivery aligns with the SOW, budget, and quality expectations.
