Job summary

Goldman Tech Resourcing seeks an experienced Application Configuration Lead to own complex configuration, solution design and QA in a hybrid work model in Cape Town. You will guide a configuration team and translate business requirements into robust configurations.

Lead quality assurance, establish configuration standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions while coaching colleagues without formal management authority.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in enterprise application configuration, SaaS implementation or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring complex business applications, including workflows, fields, templates, roles and permissions.
• Business analysis experience with the ability to translate requirements into effective system solutions.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, data feeds or interconnected enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated experience establishing configuration standards and reviewing the quality of others' work.
• Strong testing, troubleshooting and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Ability to coach and influence colleagues without formal management authority.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
