You will retain clients and manage IR matters, draft judgments, assist with warnings, and implement policies. The role includes handling more complex issues such as strike management, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset.
• Experience in Industrial Relations (IR) of 1+ year.
• Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of labour law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to function in a pressurised, fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities

• Retain all clients and service clients on IR issues.
• Contact all clients as per schedule.
• Chair disciplinary inquiries.
• Draft judgments for clients.
• Assist with issuing warnings to ensure compliance.
• Draft and implement policies.
• Handle more complex issues like Strike Management.
