Job summary

CVQuest in Cape Town seeks 2 experienced Process and Invoice Clerks for night shift in Maitland. You will generate invoices, GRNs and GRVs, process orders and verify stock levels with accuracy.

The role requires 2+ years' invoicing experience and strong Pastel V19 skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving under pressure. You thrive on detail and customer service focus.

Working hours are 22:00–07:00, Monday to Saturday, and own transport is preferred due to the late hours.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Maths & Accounting
• 2+ years’ invoice, GRNs and GRVs experience (min. of 100 processed per day)
• Pastel v19 expertise
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure

My Maitland (Cape Town) based client is a leader in the hospitality industry looking for 2 x experienced Process and Invoice Clerks to join their night shift team. The successful candidate will be a detail-driven South African with 2+ years’ experience generating invoices, checking stock, generating orders, GRNs / GRVs, etc. who thrives under pressure and has strong Pastel V19 skills.

NOTE: Working hours: 22:00 – 07:00 / Preference will be given to male applicants, but females are also encouraged to apply
