You will conduct product research, compile client portfolios, liaise with providers for quotes and documents, and ensure files meet FAIS and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification is required.
• CFP certification is advantageous.
• Minimum of two years experience in paraplanning or similar support role.

Responsabilités

• Prepare financial plans and reports for advisers.
• Research investment products, retirement solutions and risk products.
• Compile client portfolios and update records in planning software.
• Liaise with product providers for quotes, illustrations and documents.
• Ensure all client files comply with FAIS and regulations.
• Assist advisers in client review meetings and prepare for them.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and instructions.
• Support advisers with ad hoc administrative and technical tasks.
