Job summary

Momentum is looking for a diligent professional to support our investment operations, ensuring accurate processing of investment only transactions and timely client communications. The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to service levels, and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities include handling client queries, updating donor and fund records, and distributing statements and fees on schedule, while building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (NQF level 4) completed.
• Proficient in Intermediate MS Excel (V-Lookups).
• Experience in Employee Benefits is preferred.
• Yenzani training completion is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client queries and provide first-time resolution.
• Process investment trades within the trade cycle timeously.
• Update IMC member records and fund level trades accurately.
• Ensure statements and monthly fees are distributed/processed on time.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders for a consistent experience.
• Draft relevant correspondence with clients as needed.
• Escalate queries to the appropriate department when required.
• Deliver effective client service and accountability.
