Job summary

Momentum is seeking a Distribution Support Administrator to provide fast, accurate admin support to IFAs, practice staff and consultants. You will handle end-to-end processing, engage with advisers, and maintain documentation and reports.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in financial services, 3–5 years in new business processing, and a background in Momentum Distribution Services. Insurance experience is a plus and the role supports national branches.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in the financial services industry (essential).
• 3–5 years in administration of new business processing or supporting a Financial Adviser (essential).
• 1–2 years in Momentum Distribution Services Sales environment (advantage).
• Insurance industry experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end processes for various product lines.
• Process application forms and engage with Financial Advisers promptly.
• Maintain records and activity logs in the system.
• Drive pipeline and submission of requirements to ensure cases issue.
• Provide training and support to advisers on digital capabilities.
• Escalate faults and contribute to service center improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders professionally and maintain relationships.
• Support national branches to ensure business continuity.
