Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit supporting documents and investment proposals within SLAs.
• Ensure mandates, correspondence, and presentations are accurate and compliant.
• Assist in mandate facilitation and maintain standardised proposal formats.
• Manage deadlines, priorities, and task lists across multiple Investment Specialists.
• Achieve a target of completing 95% of tasks on time.
• Respond to client, adviser, and assistant queries via email and phone.
• Resolve queries through appropriate channels.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to advisers and their teams.
• Aim for Client Satisfaction Score of at least 90%.
