Job summary

Momentum is seeking a Distribution Support Administrator in Gauteng to provide fast, accurate administrative support to IFAs, practice staff and consultants. The role emphasizes end-to-end processing, compliance awareness and effective communication to uphold an advice-led approach.

You will manage application forms, engage with advisers, and ensure cases are recorded and updated while supporting marketing and reporting initiatives across the Momentum Distribution Service team.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• NQF 6 or NQF 7 in Office Admin/Finance is advantageous.
• 5–8 years in financial services is essential.
• 3–5 years admin experience in new business processing is essential.
• 1–2 years in Momentum Distribution Services Sales is an advantage.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process new business applications end-to-end with minimal revisions.
• Engage with Financial Advisers/practice staff to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records.
• Prepare quotes and supporting documents for an advice-led approach.
• Support cross-branch needs and reporting using available reports.
