Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the origination and execution of M&A transactions, debt and equity offerings, and other corporate finance activities.
• Develop complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.
• Prepare pitch books, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), and other client-facing materials.
• Conduct thorough industry research, market analysis, and due diligence for potential transactions.
• Manage client relationships and actively participate in deal negotiations and structuring.
• Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
