Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

• Prepare client marketing materials, such as pitch books, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), and management presentations.
• Conduct industry research and company-specific analysis to support transaction strategies.
• Support senior bankers in client meetings and negotiations.
• Perform due diligence activities for ongoing transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
