Key Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers in executing M&A transactions, including managing due diligence processes.

• Prepare compelling client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials for deals.
• Conduct industry research and identify potential acquisition targets or divestiture opportunities.
• Negotiate deal terms and structure transactions to maximize client value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, legal counsel, and other transaction advisors.

Requirements

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
