You will be involved in all stages of the deal process, from financial modeling and due diligence to client presentations and deal execution. The ideal candidate possesses a strong quantitative background, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for corporate finance and deal-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop intricate financial models for valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and capital raising activities.
• Conduct in-depth industry research and company-specific analysis to support transaction strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including pitch books, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), and management presentations.
• Perform financial due diligence and support transaction execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers on deal origination and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a highly analytical finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for presentation development.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and valuation techniques.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
