Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, MBA or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity or related field.
• Proven ability in financial modeling, valuation techniques and transaction execution.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance principles and deal structuring.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial models for valuation, LBO analysis, and M&A scenarios.
• Conduct industry and company research to support transaction execution and client pitches.
• Prepare client materials such as pitch books and information memorandums.
