Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Strong financial statement analysis and valuation knowledge.
• Excellent Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models for valuation, M&A, and capital raising.
• Conduct industry and company analysis to support deal strategies.
• Prepare marketing materials, CIMs and management presentations.
• Assist in due diligence and deal execution.
• Build client relationships and collaborate with senior bankers.
