Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies (DCF, precedent transactions, comparables), and LBO analysis.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and M&A processes.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
• Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction marketing materials, including presentations and confidential information memorandums.
• Conduct comprehensive industry research and company-specific due diligence.
• Coordinate with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors throughout the transaction process.
• Support senior bankers in client relationship management and business development efforts.
• Analyze financial statements, market data, and economic trends.
• Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings and internal deal reviews.
• Manage junior team members and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work products.
