• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling, valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies), and sensitivity analysis for M&A and capital raising transactions.
• Develop detailed pitch books and client presentations for various corporate finance mandates.
• Conduct due diligence on target companies and assist in transaction execution.
• Support senior bankers in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Manage junior team members (Analysts) and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work products.
• Analyze industry trends and macroeconomic factors impacting clients and potential transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market developments and regulatory changes relevant to investment banking.
