• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
• Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction marketing materials, including presentations and confidential information memorandums.
• Conduct comprehensive industry research and company-specific due diligence.
