About the Role

Our client, a renowned investment banking firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to join their growing team in Bloemfontein . The Associate will be involved in all stages of transaction execution, from initial client engagement and financial analysis to deal structuring and closing. Working closely with Managing Directors and Vice Presidents, you will play an integral part in advising a diverse range of corporate clients. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field from a top-tier university. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, accounting, and financial markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential; experience with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, CapIQ) is a strong advantage.
