Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced logistics operator to manage cycle counts, reconcile records with physical stock, and optimize inventory levels. Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Perform cycle counts, reconcile database records with physical stock, optimize inventory levels to mitigate dead stock, and prepare stock turnover and obsolescence reports.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize storage layouts, improve material handling processes, implement First-In, First-Out protocols, and align daily shift tasks.
• Ensure compliance with organizational safety standards, inventory protocols, write-off minimization strategies, and company regulations.

What You'll Bring

• 3 years of experience in logistics or distribution, along with 2 to 3 years of forklift operation experience.
• Strong knowledge of general warehouse protocols, First-In, First-Out procedures, inventory optimization, and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Proven ability in accurate data entry, problem-solving, task prioritization under minimal supervision, and team leadership.
• High school diploma in logistics or a related field.
