Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our Warehouse Operations team in Johannesburg. You will execute daily warehouse functions including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing and dispatching, while ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role partners with the Operations Supervisor and Inventory team to maintain inventory precision and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in logistics/warehousing, strong knowledge of warehouse processes

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, safety standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and WMS; detail-oriented and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Collaborate with the supervisor and inventory team to resolve stock discrepancies.
• Maintain safety, quality, and data accuracy in the WMS.
