Job summary

Schauenburg Systems is seeking an Administrative and Support Functions candidate to manage stock, keep accurate records, and support audit queries. The role emphasizes inventory control, FIFO implementation, and daily stock movement processing in Syspro and related systems.

The ideal candidate will have Matric, 2+ years in stores/dispatch, and strong computer literacy, with preference for those familiar with Syspro and DigiSOL in a mining or industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Matric required and stores/dispatch experience
• Storekeeping and stock control knowledge; diploma/degree advantageous
• Competence in Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy
• Experience with inventory transactions and audits is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory transactions in Syspro for stock transfers, issues and usages
• Write offs of obsolete stock with approved documentation
• Provide support to internal and external stakeholders and supply audits
• Monitor the GIT Account with SCT and review monthly
• Process stock transfers in Syspro and record stock movements
• Maintain storeroom and allocate space for stock and ensure OHS compliance
