Job summary

Ikwezi Mining is seeking a Stores Administrator to oversee storage, distribution, and inventory in its warehouse. You will ensure efficient stock control and accurate processing of receipts, issues and reporting.

You will handle GRN processes, procurement steps, and ERP/SAP inputs, with strong Excel and inventory software skills guiding daily operations. The role requires at least two years in store operations and a proactive change-agent mindset.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in Store Operation.
• Familiarity with stock control procedures, shipping and receiving, and warehouse operations.
• High working knowledge of Excel.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to deliver results and act as a change agent.

Responsibilities

• Loading and offloading materials for dispatch/receipt between Stores.
• Receive, check and process incoming materials for correctness as per delivery note and purchase order.
• Immediately notify the Store Supervisor regarding discrepancies in materials receipt if any.
• Segregate discrepant materials, so as to be returned to the supplier for replacement.
• Facilitate Store Supervisor in completing the GRN for goods received.
• Collect copy of GRN and arrange to bin the materials.
• Receipt of good and services.
• Daily, weekly and monthly stock take and stock reports.
• Responsible for quotations and commencement of procurement process.
• Initiate and prepare MPR.
• Submit PR on ERP/SAP.
• Follow up on procurement process.
