Job summary

Schauenburg Systems seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead planning, development and optimization of end-to-end supply chain activities. You will oversee customer service, procurement, warehousing, inventory and logistics to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of SCM management experience, budgeting know-how, and strong leadership; familiarity with SYSPRO and advanced warehouse systems is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the personnel, operations and budget of the supply chain department.
• Lead and manage customer service, purchasing, inventory control, forecasting, warehousing, transportation, shipping and other areas as required.
• Direct hiring, training, supervision, mentoring and performance evaluations of supply chain employees.
• Direct, coordinate, assign, monitor and review the work of individuals engaged in supply chain related duties.
• Understand customer needs, service those needs, and maintain and develop positive business relationships with key personnel.
• Collaborate with employees, other departments and management to share information and solve problems.
• Develop annual plans with prioritization and resourcing.
• Develop and participate in supply chain strategy development.
• Manage procurement functions including contracts, sourcing strategies and negotiations.
• Track shipments and stock levels using Syspro.
• Implement and adhere to transaction management best practices.
• Monitor corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Main objective of the Role

Plan, develop, optimize, organize, direct, manage, evaluate and are accountable for the supply chain processes of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the personnel, operations and budget of the supply chain department;

• Implement and adhere to transaction management best practices;
• Monitor and analyze corporate governance and regulatory compliance;
• Identify and manage risk within the supply chain;
• Address tactical and strategic supply chain issues;
