Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of all products and supplies.
• Update and maintain inventory records, including product codes, descriptions, and quantities.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and supplies.
• Work closely with the sales team to forecast inventory needs based on client demands.
• Prepare and submit purchase orders for new inventory as needed.
• Manage and track returns and exchanges of products.
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of the warehouse.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of inventory management.
