Craven Cottage CC in South Africa seeks an Inventory Controller to govern daily stock movements across all departments and ensure strict SOP compliance. You will verify transactions, oversee transfers, wastage, and credits, and maintain accurate master data in the systems.

The role requires collaboration with HODs, Finance, Procurement and Group Inventory Management, strong analytical skills, and experience with MyStock/MyInventory or similar POS systems. On-site role with full-time hours.

Formación

• Grade 12
• A formal qualification
• At least 2-4 years' experience in hospitality inventory or multi-department stock management
• Strong analytical and numerical ability
• Experience with MyStock / MyInventory / POS systems (TallOrder or similar)
• Ability to supervise and direct Storeman & Administrator functions
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations (F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Retail and OE's)
• High accuracy and disciplined follow-through
• Ability to collaborate with HODs, Finance, Procurement & Group Inventory Management

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily stock movements across all departments.
• Ensure SOP compliance at all times.
• Verify all transactions captured by the Inventory Administrator (POs, GRNs, Transfers, Wastage, Credit, Issues).
• Reconcile POS sales vs inventory depletion for bar, gallery, spa retail.
• Validate recipe-linked items for correct depletion and investigate discrepancies same-day.
• Enforce no replenishment without reconciliation per SOP.
• Verify transfers include documentation and signatures.
• Ensure wastage entries are authorised and correct.
• Validate POs with item codes, UOM, supplier, price, and delivery details.
• Lead mid-month and month-end cycle counts; ensure accuracy.
• Prepare month-end reporting pack and Inventory Workbook.
• Maintain master data in MyStock / MyInventory / Sage Inventory.
• Support audits with complete digital records; maintain access controls.
