Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Stock Controller to manage stock movement and supervise clerical documentation. You will review orders, shipping, and receiving records, assess supply, and ensure accurate stock levels with FIFO rotation.

Responsibilities include regular stock counts, reconciling GRNs, liaising with finance and QC, and confirming transfer accuracy with POs. Prior warehouse/Distribution experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate / NQF Level 4 is required.
• 2 years experience in Distribution/Supply Chain or Warehousing.
• Forklift Driver's License would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Count stock daily, weekly or monthly as required.
• Conduct monthly stock takes to minimize discrepancies.
• Verify GRN accuracy and ensure delivery notes match POs.
• Coordinate with data capture on stock transfers and records.
• Liaise with finance, QC and sorting teams to resolve stock issues.
• Dispatch and monitor outgoing stock using proper procedures.
