Job summary

Tiger Brands is seeking an organized Warehouse/Stores Administrator to manage orders, stock control and receiving activities in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

The role requires Matric or equivalent and a certificate in stores/logistics, with basic computer skills and 2–3 years FMCG experience. Duties include inventory updates, stock counts, picking/packing, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent is required.
• Certificate in Stores, logistics or supply chain is required.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• 2-3 years' experience in FMCG is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders on the system.
• Receive and inspect goods and check against packing slips or invoices.
• Update inventory records and track stock movements.
• Stock organization, cycle counts and monthly stock takes.
• Pick, pack and dispatch items for internal departments or customers.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement.
• Maintain a clean, safe storage area in line with health and safety rules.
